Synergy Academy - Job Details

  • Executing Franchisee / User requests for assistance while providing the defined services through Synergy Academy products
  • Executing other technical resources including any software & hardware to deliver the agreed levels and quality of Synergy Academy product services
  • Technical configuration and facilitation of assured customization of Synergy Academy products
  • Monitoring services and service level contracts and agreement clauses.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure Franchisee / User issues and problems are executed within response time and service level requirements.
  • Evaluate customization and development requests of customers and passage them to Support executives and analysts.
  • Execute and maintain through the team of support staff to keep platforms and their services running as per desired levels of operation and service
  • Liaison wherever needed with external service providers, hardware data centers and others to match there services back to back to ensure delivery of desired services to Synergy Academy customers.
  • Escalate and close out all issues of database/application codes/logic, functionalities and service/integration.
  • Get incorporated operational issue resolutions in the product  development chain and process if needed by the product development team to get over any continuing service issues.
  • Executes the support team by ensuring that support tasks/Issues are in line with SLAs
  • ·Should Report to Manager – Product Operations


  • 2 to 4 years experience in anything Including Franchisee Technical Operations, Maintenance & Development
  • Must have experience in managing product support, Analysis  & Maintenance for software products
  • Should be Semi Technical
  • Experience in Blog & Forum Maintenance
  • Knowledge of Linux system administration, MySQL Database Management System, Moodle Administration, Wordpress is added advantage
  • Should have worked on Highly available architectures
  • Excellent analytically and troubleshooting skills
  • Very good communication skills
  • Should have experience of team leading and must be able to demonstrate an effective coaching style
  • Must have experience of working in an IT project environment and be skilled in the techniques of administration and implementation
  • Experience on handling Tier - 2 support calls will be an add on
