Sr. Field Application Engineer - DFT Jobs in Bangalore - Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited
Job Description
Must have In-depth understanding of Design for Test (DFT) architecture & structures including scan based test, ATPG, Compression, Memory BIST, Boundary Scan & IJTAG among others. Strong knowledge of VLSI concepts- HDL, Synthesis, STA with proven Industry track record in the area of VLSI Testing and design for testability. Need excellent communication and problem solving skills, program management skills and hands-on experience with latest DFT technology. Self-starter with ability to operate independently & bring-in collective experience within Mentor to develop solutions to complex problems. Preferred experience in:
