 Job Descriptions:

  • Business Leads Generation and Opportunity Generation using methods such as cold calling, introductory meetings, networking and exploring refer-rals through known customers and contacts.
  • Preparation and presenting company’s profile as well as solution offerings to prospective customers, and tapping new market opportunities.
  • Develop a very detailed understanding of the organisation’s products, solu-tion offerings and be a Single point of contact for customers in all technical and commercial aspects, including solution design, solution optimisation to meet the customer expectations, and develop technical expertise to compete effectively against the competition.
  •  Work closely with the core team at HQ providing timely reports for Funnel, Orders closed, Orders in pipeline for closure, and lost projects with reasons.
  • Create a transparent and highly visible operational process so that core team members from HQ can provide full support to the regional team for all activities such as Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
  • Lead all business development initiatives, marketing activities, brand aware-ness and networking with decision makers in the target region.
  • Responsible for the complete managerial position for the region with focus on Lead generation, funnel building, pre sales, solution design, proposal submission, follow ups, negotiations, closure, project planning and execu-tion, profit maximisation, documentation, and collections.
