Title : High Efficiency THz Detectors based on Field Effect Transistors (JATC Sub Project # 14 under MI01618) (RP03440G)

Deptt/.Centre Department : Centre for Applied Research in Electronics (CARE)

Qualification : 1st class M.Tech. in Electronics, Physics, Solid State Physics, Nanoelectronics OR 1st class B.Tech. / M.Sc. in EE, ECE, Physics with 3 years experience. Experience Additonal: Special Knowledge in silicon based device fabrication, photodetetors, GHz to THz electronics. Candidates holding Ph.D. degree/Ph.D. Thesis submitted on the above research fields will also be consider.
