Job Summary :

The Sr. Sales Executive will aggressively bring new customers on-board, cross-sell to existing customers and create solutions for key national accounts along with mentoring the sales team.
Candidate must have experience Logistic industry.

Job Description :

Localize/ customize sales strategy to enhance market leadership in specialized logistics.
Build strong relationships with clients across India and create customized solutions.
Grow and lead a young sales team for maximizing reach and revenue.
Creating case studies with successful customers for promotion.
Build innovative pricing models to create effective win-wins with clients of different industries.
Sharing and implementing best practices across industries.

Essential Skills & Specification:

Minimum 2 years of on-field sales experience.
Excellent communicator.
Hard worker, street-smart and ambitious.
Strong market analysis skills and knowledge of site selection.
Knowledge of real estate processes, contracts and other documents involved in real estate development transactions (specifically site assessment through loan closing)
