Job Description
1. Good understanding of the real estate market and processes in the life cycle of Real Estate transaction
2. Designing and implementing of sales strategies for targeted revenue.
3. Generate and curate a good funnel of prospective customers, attend meetings with them, understand their requirements in detail and present the project, following up the sales proposals, show the site to clients and deliver monthly precise and up to date sales reports.
4. Enhance Product knowledge by market research for better deliverable
Skills Required:1. Effective communication and coordination skills
2. Persuasion / Negotiation skills
3. Real Estate experience an added advantage
