Designation - Sr. Sales Executive/ Asst. Business Development Manager

We have openings for a male candidate to work in our Mumbai office (Andheri East) as a Sr. Sales

Executive / Asst. Business Development Manager to be inducted in our business development team

for promoting Aroma Chemicals/Personal Care Ingredients Business. This team plays a critical role

in achieving our revenue goals and will be an asset to our incredible growth that we are envisaging

in the coming three years.

 He will a part of the sales & marketing team responsible for getting sales revenues for the

company. He will have to actively participate in preparing, implementing sales strategies and

promotion plans in order to achieve the set sales targets. Brainstorming with the business

development team to create new project strategies

 Can use existing processes or develop new processes to enhance opportunities in various

markets.

 Should be well versed with the CRM database.

 Should be able to manage exhibitions independently.

 Should be a go-getter, and more of a market person than an office sitting executor. To

summarise we are really looking out for a street smart personality.

 The sky is the limit and will be a win-win situation for both.

Basic Qualification

 Education: Bachelor of Science; Pharmacy OR Master of Science; Pharmacy OR Bachelor of Chemical Engineering.

 Experience: 5-7 years of sales and marketing.

 Strong analytical skills to carry on the business single-handed. Also should be equipped with problem-solving skills.

 MBA or Diploma in Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage.
