Qualification:
- MSc/M.S/MTech/Ph.D. with very high levels of integrity, no-nonsense, motivated, creative, have strong
- Problem-solving skills, and is capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience: 8 - 10 yrs
- She/he must have hands-on Biopharmaceutical industry experience in -
- Development of physico-chemical methods for characterization of MAbs, fusion proteins, glycoproteins (HPLC methods - RP, SEC, Affinity, IEx etc / SPR, BLI / Biochemical, CE/CZE & gel-based assays / LC-MS)
- Analysis and de-bottlenecking of methods developed, results obtained
- Maintaining GLP records, identifying and incorporating the latest analytical technologies into analytical programs for existing and new molecules
- Motivating, leading, mentoring a team of 4-5 people Individual will also be expected to document work in a laboratory notebook.
- Previous experience in an industry environment is mandatory.
