Job Description

• Position at Ingram Micro
• Experience in ASP.net, MVC, C#, SQL Server 2008+, Javascript, Jquery, Web Services.
• Candidate should be ready to work on 100% support
• Candidate should be able to troubleshoot business issue in its entirety and provide correct solutions.
• Use ticketing to facilitate discussion and ask questions to the stakeholders.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively collaborate with multi-disciplinary groups and all organizational levels.
• Ensure proactive and consistent communication with internal / external team / stakeholders.
• Candidate will be required to read technical specifications and validate data extracts and reporting based on previously defined business requirements.
• Candidate will be expected to assist in troubleshooting a variety of issues across multiple environments as a support to the development and production activity of other team members.
• Ability to effectively work with a globally distributed cross-functional team.
• Candidate should be ready to work in APAC shifts.
• Basic knowledge Agile/Scrum methodology, Service-Now, Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket is preferable
• Sales, distribution domain knowledge preferable

Education

UG :B.Tech/B.E. in Computers

PG :Post Graduation Not Required

Experience :  3 - 6 years
