Job Description
Chiefly we are interested in candidates who are smart, energetic, and have 2+ years of experience working as a Technical IT Recruiter in a performance-oriented environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- The primary responsibility of the Technical Recruiter is recruiting and staffing IT related jobs
- Screens, interviews, and recommends prospective employees for employment in entry-level and experienced technical positions.
- Search Candidates through social media platform and determining optimal recruitment methods for developing and maintaining a highly qualified candidate pool.
- Providing regular reports to senior management on recruiting issues.
- Utilizing and improving current sourcing and recruiting techniques and strategies
- Strong understanding to work with VMS recruiting NO 3rd Party recruiting
- 2-5 years Sourcing or Recruiting experience and Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong Understanding of common technical terms and definitions and Ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to meet or exceed performance objectives, Ability to multi-task
- Must be very reliable with a Great attitude and Strong Work Ethic
