Should be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts.
Engaged in handling inbound calls of different business Units.
Provide World Class Customer Service.

Good knowledge in trouble shooting of hardwares, networking and ISP support.
Good reasoning and analytical skills
Able to communicate fluently in the language required for transaction
Problem-Solving skills
Basic computer knowledge
Typing skills as required by the process
Active listening skills
Ability to comprehend the customer requirement well
Demonstrates basic knowledge and ability to use various applications / tools related to the function / engagement
