Job Description
- Being an advocate for the user and have an innate ability to translate customer needs into scalable, effective UI design with a propensity towards simplification.
- Developing/Co-developing a reusable, adaptable UX pattern library and style guide for use across our product line to ensure consistency that will sustain an iterative optimization process and future growth.
- Creating and maintaining screen wireframes, mockups, process flows, site maps, a navigation system, screen prototypes & conceptual models to clarify & refine new product solutions.
- Taking the final visual design and work with Dev Ops to integrate and release the HTML / Mobile UI to production.
- Create UX/UI architecture, design and product release deliverables consistent with established SDLC standards, methodologies, and best practices
- Exceptional design skills that include a solid understanding of color, composition, typography, hierarchy, and interaction
- Create high-fidelity interface design comps (mockups) for use across multiple platforms
- Voraciously visual, obsessively meticulous with these abilities you make things beautiful, engaging and fun.
- UI Specifications experience (high-fidelity mockup production and interaction rule documentation)
- Highly proficient with designing & prototyping tools.
- Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Fireworks and other wire-framing and associated design tools.
- Understanding of typography, typographic grid, grid-based systems, design frameworks and responsive design principles is required.
- Excellent time management and reliability. Able to juggle multiple projects.
