Web & Graphics designers  Must have a good Creative mind and a firm understanding of latest technology, including software and tools for Web & Graphics designs. The designers must possess a keen eye for the details & have the ability to express creative ideas which is very important. Understanding new fads & trends is also necessary. Need to have the knack & ideas of how best to meet the market segment needs through their artistic work of designing electronic flyers, posters, banners, collaterals, logos, invitations, postcards, newsletters,newspaper ads, etc. besides attractive web pages. Should be able to design impressive websites that best conveys the message a company wants for the Target Audience to see. Website layout must be visually appeasing & appealing. Job would be to determine the layout/ templates, font color, font type, logos, pictures and other visual and verbal aspects of a website or a conceptual needs of an Organization.
Desired Skills :
Formal graphic design training preferred
A minimum of 1.5 years design experience
Excellent knowledge of common industry applications (i.e., Adobe CS4 suite(PC), especially Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator)
Knowledge of HTML/CSS/PHP/ Javascript/ MySQL
Experience working with Wordpress
Comfortable working on multilingual design projects (English, hindi & Foreign languages)
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Understanding of production of web-based technologies
Excellent organizational and planning skills
