Post Title: “Temporal Validity of Biocemical Platelet Aspirin-Responsovenss Status in Ischemcu Stroke Patients on Constant Dose of Aspirin”
Minimum Qualification: 1. MSc or equivalent in Biochemistry/Biophysics/Molecular Biology/LIFE SCIENCES with 2 years’ experience in Clinical Biochemistry/Molecular Biology Techniques (SUPPORT DOCUMENT WITH STRONG RECOMMENDATION FROM EMPLOYER/MENTOR). 2. NET qualified or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications: A) EXPERIENCE in computer programming/system design/analysis. B) Knowledge of one or more programming language (to be indicated specifically at the time of Recruitment). c) Good communication skills in English and Kannada

Salary Structure: Rs.28,000/- + 30% HRA Per month
Work location: NIMHANS, Bengaluru with OCCASIONAL FIELD VISIT
Position Summary: THE PROJECT IS A COMPREHENSIVE STUDY ON THE ISSUE OF BIOCHEMICAL PLATELET ASPIRIN-NONRESPONSIVENESS AND ITS CLINICAL OUTCOME IN STROKE PATIENTS. The study involve serial testing of platelet aggregation by optical Aggregometry, SERUM THROMAXANE ESTIMATION By ELISA and Serum salicylate estimation by HPLC
Duration of Project: 3 years Initial appointment will be made for a period of six months and will be extended further depending upon the performance of the candidate.
