SRF Biochemistry Job position in National Bureau of Animal Genetic Resources on Contractual basis.
Name of the project & project period: National fund project on “Genome data mining to unravel molecular basis of thermotolerance and adaptation to diverse environments in native cattle and buffaloes '
Essential Qualifications: M.V.Sc/ MTech/M.Sc degree in any one of discipline/ Subjects- Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Animal Genetics & Breeding/Animal Physiology/ Life sciences with 4 years/5 Years of Bachelor’s degree. Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree should have NET qualification.
Desirable: Working experience in the field of Molecular and Biochemical Techniques, genotyping, sequencing and data analysis using statistical tools.
No.of Post: 1
Emolument: Rs. 25,000/- per month + HRA as per admissibility for 1st and 2nd year, Rs. 28,000/- per month + HRA as per admissibility for 3rd year.
Age Limit: 35 year for Men and 40 years for Women as on the date of Interview. (Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and PHC as per GOI/ICAR rules)
