Job Description
Applications are invited for the post of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) to carry research studies in the DST sponsored project in the Centre for Biomaterials, Cellular and Molecular Theranostics (CBCMT), Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Tamil Nadu
Title of the Project:“Liquid feedstock plasma sprayed nanostructured layers on 3D printed porous Ti6AI4V implants impregnated with stem cells in collagen hydrogel for accelerated osseointegration”
Number of positions:One [01]
Essential:Master in Biomedical Engineering, Nanotechnology, Material science, with 3 years of research experience.
Desirable:Basic knowledge on surface coating, 3D printing, in-vitro cell culture and in-vivo animal experience. GATE/UGC-NET qualification.
Stipend: Rs. 35,000 (+ HRA as per norms) p.m with GATE/UGC-NET qualification.
Candidates without GATE/NET can also apply for the post; however, the remuneration will be as per Institute norms
