Applications are invited for the position of Senior Research Fellow (Project)
Project entitled “Analysis of eRNA at Enhancer Eb of murine TCRb locus” funded by SERB
Senior Research Fellow (Project) (One position only)
Educational Qualifications : M.Sc in Biotechnology/equivalent or any branch of Biological Science and at least two years of research experience.
The candidates should have qualified any ‘National Level Examination’ as per DST OM dated 30.01.2019.
Job description & Desired Knowledge: The selected candidate will carry out experiments on mammalian cell lines and primary cells of mice. He/She must have the ability to handle molecular and cellular techniques independently including mammalian cell culture, mouse dissections, RNA and genomic DNA isolation, cloning, RT-qPCR, fluorescence microscopy, ChIP and chromosome conformation capture analysis.
Emoluments: The selected candidates will draw consolidated emoluments as per Institute Rules, depending upon qualifications & experience Senior Research Fellow: Rs. 35,000/- per month plus 24%HRA (As sanctioned by the funding agency)
