SRF (Bloinformatics)/ Technician Job Opportunity In Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC) on contract basis
Project entitled: 'Understanding the mechanistics of resistance to tyrosine kinase inhibitors In non-small cell lung patients'
SRF (Bloinformatics)
Essential Qualification: M. Sc in BioinformatIcs or Applied
Bloinformatics.
Experience: At least 2 years hands on experience in NGS data analysis. Prior exposure to Cancer
Bloinformatics would be desirable.
Consolidated Salary: Rs. 28,000/- + 30% HRA= 36,400/- per month.
Duration: Till the end of project till 2021 (extendable every Six months)
The work progress of candidate will be monitored and extension after 6 months will depend on . satisfactory progress of the work.
2. Technician (Egoinformatics)
Essential Qualification & Experience: B.Sc. in Biolnformatics or applied
Bioinformatics. Candidates with a Master's degree' in the subject will be preferred.
Experience: Research experience In Bloinformatics data analysis would be desirable.
Consolidated Salary: Rs. 15,000/- per month.
M.Sc. degree having duration of one year course will not be considered. Selected candidate will have to join at the earliest.
