Project: NASE Understanding the mechanisims of tolerance to low light intensity in Rice (EAP-224) 

SRF/ 01 Post

Qualification: M.Sc.(Ag.) with specialization in Botany/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/ /Plant Physiology/Plant Biochemistry/Agriculture (Plant Breeding/Genetics/Plant Biochemistry/Plant Biotechnology/Plant Physiology or equivalent. OR Ph.D. in any discipline of Life Science or equivalent OR M.Sc. in any discipline of Life Science/ Botany/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/ /Plant Physiology/Plant Biochemistry/Agriculture (Plant Breeding/Genetics/Plant Biochemistm/Plant Biotechnology/Plant Physiology or equivalent with NET/GATE with 02 years research experience. 

Age: 35 yrs for men and 40 yrs for women.

Pay Scale: Rs. 25000

Agri. Field Operator/ 01 Post

Project: Incentivizing research in Agriculture - towards understanding the C3-C4 intermediate pathway in Poaceat and functionality of C-4 genes in rice. (EA P-199)

Qualification: Matric with +2 Vocational in Agriculture related subjects OR Metric with two years experience in the relevant field. 

Age 18 years

Pay Scale : Rs.8500

These research stations were established to tackle the problems of rainfed uplands, and flood prone rainfed lowlands, respectively.
