Agri-CRP Projects on Health Foods entitled “Development of micronutrients enriched flour formulations and food products”
Essential qualification: Master degree in Agricultural Process Engineering/ Food Science and Technology/ Food Technology/ Food and Nutrition/ BioChemistry with 4 years/5 years of Bachelor's degree. Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor's degree and 2 years Master's degree should have NET qualification. Desirable qualification Published research papers, exposure to conduct the experiments in the area of food processing, optimization studies, food quality analysis, statistical analysis, writing research papers.

Age limit : 35 years for men and 40 years for women
