Senior Research Fellow recruitment in Amity University
Name of the Research Project: “DARPI: Drivers of Antibiotic use in Poultry in India”.

Fellowship / Monthly compensation: Rs.35,000/- + HRA for based at Hyderabad or Delhi NCR
Essential qualifications: Two years of research experience following either a Post graduate degree in Basic Science
OR Graduate /Post Graduate degree in professional course selected through a process described through:
Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests (NET) – CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) and GATE
The selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Govt. departments and their agencies and institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER etc. Public health/economics/ Veterinary Sciences with experience in antimicrobial resistance/infectious diseases related subject with research experience.
Candidates with 2-3 years prior experience in implementing research projects will be preferred.
Fluency in at least two languages is essential-English and either Kannada/Tamil/Telugu
Skills: excellent scientific writing, good communication skills, proficient in using Microsoft Office and data analysis software.
Desirable: The ideal candidate is desired to have:
Have prior experience (2-3 years) with data extraction, qualitative data (thematic)analysis, systematic reviews and research writing and some previous publications.
Experience in conducting economic and quantitative research in veterinary health especially experience of working in multi stakeholder project.
Be proficient with MS office (word & excel).
Strong writing skills and documentation as well as management skills will be required
Age: As per DBT
General Conditions: Appointment is purely temporary and will terminate automatically without any notice or compensation on termination of the research project.
Appointment of the applicant will be governed by the terms and conditions of the funding agency particularly applicable to the said project
