Project Name : “ICAR- Consortium Research Platform on Genomics”
Qualification : Post graduate degree in Life Sciences/Marine Biology/ Biotechnology/Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Bioinformatics with NET qualification and two years of experience or Post Graduate Degree in Professional course (MFSc, MTech, MVSc). Desirable : Candidates having working knowledge in bioinformatics techniques and molecular biology will be preferred

Emoluments : Rs.25000/- for the 1 st and 2nd year } plus Rs.28000/- for the 3rd year (after review of the } applicable performance)
Age Limit : 35 -40 years

Central Institute of Brackish water Aquaculture (CIBA) serves as the nodal agency for the development of brackishwater aquaculture in the country. The Headquarters of the Institute is located at Chennai with an Experimental Field Station at Muttukadu, about 30 km south of Chennai. The Institute has one Research Centre at Kakdwip in West Bengal.
