SRF Life Sciences recruitment in NIAB
Project titled: “Limiting antimicrobial resistance by inhibiting diadenylate cyclase (DAC)- bacterial second messenger biosynthetic enzyme involved in biofilm formation and cell wall integrity”

Eligibility: A minimum of two years research experience after- Post Graduate Degree in life
sciences Or Graduate/Post Graduate degree in professional course having NET/GATE or selected
through national level examination conducted by DBT/ DST/ MHRD/ ICMR/ IIT/IISC/IISER (Eligibility
criteria as per DST OM SR/S9/Z-08/2018 dated 30.01.2019). However, Non NET candidates can
also apply who will be paid as per their eligibility.
Experience: Candidate with prior experience in Molecular biology (cloning and protein purification), Biochemistry (enzyme assays), Microbiology (bacterial handling, culture, MIC assay) and Cell culture techniques is desirable.
Fellowship amount: Rs.35000/-PM+24% HRA (if applicable) as per the ICMR guidelines.
Age limit: 35 years (Relaxation is admissible in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Government instructions)
