Title : Fabrication and Characterization of High Efficiency Sealable Visible to Infrared Junctions Phototransistors for Silicon Photonics (RP03244)
Qualification : 1st class M.Sc. (or higher degree) in Physics or equivalent degree and must qualified NET/GATE with minimum two years research experience from reputed Organization/Institute. Or 1st class M.Tech. in relevant areas. Experience in working with semiconductor device fabrication process and photonics will be an added advantage.
