Title : Fabrication and Characterization of High Efficiency Sealable Visible to Infrared Junctionless Phototransistors for Silicon Photonics (RP03244)
Qualification : 1st class M. Tech. in relevant areas or M.Sc. (or higher degree) in Physics or equivalent degree and must have qualified NET/GATE with minimum two years research experience from reputed organization / Institute. Experience in working with semiconductor processes, devices and photonics will be an added advantage.
