CTIL, in partnership with the Directorate General of Trade Remedies (“DGTR”),is in the process of engaging Senior Research Fellows/Research Fellows, who will be deputed to the DGTR for performing specific legal research tasks. The appointment will be on a contractual basis initially for a period of One year which is extendible

Candidates, applying for the Research Fellow position, should possess the following minimum qualification: • Degree in Law (LL. B/B.A.LL.B./B.B.A.LL.B./B.Sc. LL. B). An advance degree in Law (LL.M) with a specialization in trade law will be desirable. • The candidates should enclose a scanned copy of their degree, mark list and C.V. along with the application, failing which the application will be rejected. In addition to the above, candidates applying for the Senior Research Fellow position, should have atleast 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience. 

Number of Vacancies: Five (5) 

Emoluments: The selected candidates for the role of: (i) Senior Research Fellow will be paid fixed monthly emolument of Rs. 55,000/- per month; and (ii) Research Fellow will be paid fixed monthly emolument of Rs. 45,000/- per month. The candidates may eligible for any other deputation allowances as may be determined.
