Project Title: “Assessment of floral biodiversity & resource utilization pattern with Special reference to climate change in high altitude wetlands of Arunachal Pradesh of Eastern Himalaya”

No. of Vacancy :  1

Qualification :  M.Sc. in Botany/Forestry/Environmental Science/ Agricultural Science/ Geography/ Geology/Remote sensing & GIS with First division and 2 years of research experience for SRF/SPF

Desirable  :  Physically fit to work in the high altitude areas of Himalaya. Preference will be given to the candidates having work experience in the field of ecology and plant taxonomy. Experience in writing research reports, dissertation reports,

Emoluments :

SRF/ SPF : Rs. 28,000/- pm +HRA for NET qualified or Rs. 18,000/- pm +HRA for non-NET personnel

JRF/ JPF : 25,000/pm +HRA for JRF &16,000/pm+ HRA for JPF

Upper Age Limit : 32 years for SRF/SPF & 28 years for JRF/JPF

Desirable  :  Experience of multi-institutional/inter national project management; Experience of working in remote mountainous areas and with rural communities Good communication skills and computer knowledge.
