Salary first 3 months 14500 after 3rd months 19500/-
Language Known: English with Malayalam or Tamil or Telugu
The yearly increment is based on the performance and can be 5 to 10%
Regarding Food and accommodation, we will provide accommodation on sharing basis rooms to all staff and we will also provide a Gas and a small kitchen set up so they can cook their own food.
Duty hour will be 8 hours.
We will provide a medi claim cashless card to all employees worth Rs 1 Lack.
In the first year, all employees are going to work as Trainee and at that time they will not be eligible for PF. From next year all the benefits like PF Gratuity and bonus will be.
For the first year, we are going to utilise a Gov scheme NAPS. So all staff will work as an apprentice and for the same they will also going to get a certificate from canter GOV for completion of course.
Apart from this, we will also be going to arrange certified training for all staff for emergency medical services just before joining.
