Job Description
- Nurses are the forerunners of compassion and care in the medical field.
- We are looking for experienced nurses for ensuring smooth functioning of our centre who would provide medical care even at times of emergency and critical conditions.
- The prospective candidate will be willing to provide home care service.
- Will be expected to travel to patient’s homes and if required also stay with them for bringing up better health outcomes.
- Attend the patients, administer treatments, monitor the vitals, Perform routine tests and record details of all service calls assigned.
- Work hand-in-hand with the physicians, patients and other team members in evaluating health needs and accordingly customizing the care plans for every individual.
- Educate the family members and others involved, in understanding the patience health condition, treatment plan and support required from them for improving the health outcomes of the patient.
- Strictly adhere to the Health care service delivery protocols
- Stock management of all consumables
- Update the patient notes and other parameters as directed
- Maintaining reports of patients medical histories, and monitoring changes in their condition
- Handover work logs during shift
