(A) 10+2 pass. (B) 'A' Grade Nursing Diploma / Certificate (3 Years Course). (C) Candidate must have valid registration from any State Nursing Council. |

(A) 10+2 with Science. (B) Diploma in Pharmacy. (C) Candidate should possess valid registration with Pharmacy Council under Pharmacy Act, 1948. |

Diploma in Pathology. |

Diploma in Radiography. |

Physiotherapist |
Diploma in Physiotherapy. |

Junior Technician (ECG) |
(A) Higher Secondary (10+2)/ Intermediate / Matric with 12th class pass. (B) Two years experience certificates as ECG Technician in a hospital under a Cardiologist/ Physician or in a reputed Nursing home having ECG service under a Cardiologist/ Physician. |

Junior Technician (EEG) |
(A) Higher Secondary (10+2)/ Intermediate. (B) Two years experience certificates as EEG Technician in a hospital under a Neuro-Physician/ Physician or in a reputed Nursing home having EEG service under a Neuro-Physician/ Physician. |

Technician (Dental) |
(A) Higher Secondary (10+2)/ Intermediate. (B) Diploma in Dentistry/ Dental Technology. |

Audiometry Technician |

Exam Fee: ₹ 500/- for Un Reserved /OBC /EWS category candidates; No fee for SC/ ST/ PwBD/ ESM / Departmental Candidates. The fee should be made through online payment mode using 'SB Collect'.
Selection Process: Written Test (Objective Type). The test will be of 100 Marks for 90 minutes duration, in two parts; Part A for 70 marks of technical sections pertaining to the relevant post and Part B for 30 marks of general.
