Job Description

3. Need not to mention the URGENCY with which the Indian Army has taken over the premises to run the institution and to aid and assist in managing the situation in Faridabad as it is facing the huge influx of patients from Delhi.
4. Without trained staff the hospital can't function. Therefore, it has been decided to appoint the regular 210 Staff Nurses against the sanctioned posts for GMC Faridabad over and above the advertised posts.
5. It has been the settled legal opinion based on a catena of judgements of H' Supreme Court of India in 'Surinder Singh & others vs State of Punjab & others, 1997(4) SCT 133' etc. to offer the appointment over and above the advertised posts only in extreme exceptional circumstances.
6. Considering the present circumstances, it has been decided that these 210 posts of Staff Nurses posts shall be filled up from the waiting list and the merit list of all categories of Staff Nurses prepared after the conduct of the examination by UHS Rohtak in Dec. 2020 for PGIMS, Rohtak and other 3 Government Medical Colleges in the State. So you are requested to take action on the following points immediately:

Publish a public notice in the leading newspapers as well as on the website of the UHS, Rohtak, inviting options/consent in the shape of an affidavit from the eligible candidates i.e. from waiting list and merit list for consideration of appointment of Staff Nurses in Shri Atal 'Bihari Vajpayee Government Medical College, Chhainsa.
