Job Description
- Coordinating inter and intradepartmental activities necessary for implementing and maintaining QMS standard (ISO 9001:2015)
Coordinating with departments and Unit Head, where necessary, for consideration/implementation of changes in the QMS targets and objectives for improvement.
presentation of an Audit schedule, Organizing internal audits and preparation of audit summary reports.
Monitoring corrective action and preventive action (CAPA)taken for closure of Non-conformance based on audit findings.
Knowledge of SPC, MSA, 7 QC tool, FMEA, Change Control, product & process validation issue and distribution of QMS documents.
Coordination of management reviews at Unit Level.
Reporting on the performance of QMS to the Unit Head and coordinating management reviews at Unit Level.
Assist department Heads in ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements.
Evaluation of compliance for legal/other requirements.
Monitoring the effectiveness of quality projects activities and reporting. Subordinate accountability in the morning meeting with check sheet,Kaizen activity, Maintaining 5S.
