Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source and work on cold calling to passive candidates (minimum 50 calls everyday)
2. Coordinate interview process with client to achieve target offers every month
3. Ensure offered candidates are actively engaged to avoid dropout
Interns who showcase strong results and are willing to build a career in the startup recruitment space can be considered for full time roles on the basis of performance.
