West Bengal State Health and Family Welfare Samiti (WB Health) invites application for the position State Consultant

Place of Posting : State Prgramme Management Unit (SPMU), NHM
Essential Educational Qualification : i. Law Graduate having LLB degree and having enrolment in BAR Council of West Bengal. ii. Basic Computer Knowledge.
Desirable Qualification: Degree/Diploma in HR/ Personnel Management.
Essential Experience: Not less than 7 years' experience in handling different types of court cases, regular interactions with advocates of different courts/High Court/ District and State Consumer Forums/Tribunals/ Arbitration in connection with legal matters related to any Department/body of the State of West Bengal. Knowledge of Service related matters.
Desirable Experience : Experience in working in a senior position in HR/Personnel Department/ Controlling Officer in any large Section/ Cell under Personnel and Administration wing.
Remuneration : 45,000 per month.
Age Limit: Age as on 01.01.2021: Minimum 30 years but not more than 62 years
