of the Registrar General and Census Commissioner - Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt.
of India on deputation basis (including short term contract)
Eligibility : Officers
under the Central Government/State Government/ Union Territories universities/ Recognized
Research Institutions/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous Organizations/statutory
or Semi-Government Organization:- (c) (i) holding analogous posts on regular
basis in the parent cadre or department, or (ii) with five years service in the
grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the posts in the
pay band-II (pre-revised) Rs.9300-34800 plus Grade pay of Rs.4200 or equivalent
in the parent cadre or Department; and -(d) Possessing the following
educational qualifications and experience; (iii) Master's Degree in Statistics
or Mathematics or Economics or Business Studies or Management Studies from a
recognized University (iv) Two years' experience in collection, tabulation
analysis and interpretation of Statistical Data.
Pay Scale : PB-2, Rs.9300-34800 with GP Rs.4600/- (Level-7 of Pay Matrix of 7th CPC)
