Job Description
Archisage is based in Melbourne, Australia and are an IBM Business Partner specialising in Sterling Suite of Solutions. They are looking to build and grow their remote team in India and are looking for Senior experienced specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering customer inquiries and listen to their problems/asks
- Troubleshooting customer reported problems – Remote support.
- Identifying root causes for the problems and taking corrective and preventive steps.
- Installation and Upgrade of Sterling software
- Providing training to the customer on software and solutions.
- Product demonstration to customers.
- Generating problem reports, logging issues, escalation of critical issues.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Sterling B2B Integrator skills
- Experience with Connect Direct and Secure Proxy will be highly beneficial
- Good reasoning and analytical skills
- Good listening skills
- Excellent English Communications skills
