Job Description
Prepare and process documents to disburse funds, make deposits and prepare reports.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports
- Payment/Filing of TDS, Service tax return & DVAT.
- Maintains of stock on daily basis.
- Stock valuation on monthly basis.
- Interest calculation and posting to client.
- Brokerage calculation and reversal.
- Booking exchange bill(NSE, BSE, MCX, NCDEX)
- Maintained debit note, credit note against inter TRF share sale and purchase.
- Intercompany and Intra-company reconciliation
- Debtor and creditor Reconciliation.
- Making outward remittance.
- Book Keeping.
- Prepare payments.
- Processing of payroll.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of TDS and Service tax
- He/She should have experience in day to day accounting.
- Knowledge of Tally, Shilpi and Capex software.
- Candidate with prior experience in stock broking company will be preferred.
