Responsibilities-
- Full time role based in Infosys office or client location with English language skills
- Lead Infosys team in client meetings
- Troubleshoot & resolve incidents with stringent SLA
- Provide on-call support during non-business hours as needed
- Engage in problem management process for root cause determination & permanent corrective action
- Support team in resolving critical technical issues during crisis situation
Technical and Professional Requirements- Minimum Years of experience: 3 years
- Strong technical knowledge on EMC products EMC Clarion, EMC VMAX, EMC VNX, EMC VNXe, EMC Unity, Isilon, EMC VPLEX, EMC XtremIO, EMC Recovery Point.
- Handling Storage administration activities like storage Allocation/De-allocation/Expansion/Monitoring/Managing SAN on EMC Clarion, EMC VMAX, EMC VNX, EMC Clerra, EMC VNXe, EMC ViPR.
- Support experience on Network Attached storage, Storage Area Network and Content Attached storage
- Manage the team and Deliver the support with in SLA.,Location of posting is driven by business needs.
Educational Requirements: BTech , BE , MCA , MSc
