Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle QikPod retail mini-stores.
- Manning, managing QikPod store and interacting with customers.
- Provide customers with procedural guidelines and comfort on how to use Qikpod Lockers and hence ensure repeated footfalls.
- Handling cash transactions and reports.
- Taking care of QikPod Lockers.
- Maintain log of customer visits.
- Driving around neighbourhood for resolving emergency issues with our product and maybe involved in occasional personal delivery to a customer at their residence.
- Ensure interior and exterior of store is maintained as per company standards.
- Report to Store Manager.
Required Skills:
- Candidates with pleasing persona and good communication skills.
- Should possess good customer relationship skills preferably in retails.
- Ability to use smart phone apps.
- Hands on in preparing and handling reports.
- Ability to do basic computer input like a cash register.
- Willingness to move around neighbourhood.
- Willingness to work for both shifts; day shifts (07.00 AM-04.30 PM) and evening shifts (03.30 PM-12.00 AM) and shuttle between various QikPod stores.
