Job Description
- We have an urgent opening for Store Executive cum Purchase Executive for Greater Noida Location.
- Maintaining Material inward and out ward record
- Material receiving, Issuing and Inventory control.
- Dispatch of Material as per orders and requirements.
- Maintain a track record of all dispatches.
- Schedule monitoring and supply chain management.
- Continuously follow-up with Customers, Vendors and transporters.
- Preparation GRN, and Challans.
- Handling packing activities & Maintaining Stores.
- Co-ordinate with purchase dept. for any shortage.
- Preparation various MIS report like Daily Stock report, Daily sales report.
- Issue Raw materials to production with proper records.
- Receive goods and maintain records of incoming raw materials
- Inventory control - Maintaining all document related stock and Inward/Outward, Storing of material. Local and central purchasing.
- Preparation of Invoice MRN on the daily basis.
- Making and Delivery Challans Check Production Spare parts stock and maintaining optimal stock levels to ensure timely availability of products working on system Purchase Spares, Consumable Items and Raw materials.
- Creating purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies.
- Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis and negotiate price through mail or personally.
- Coordinate with supplier related material and payment issue Track the status of any orders.
