Job Description
- Should have knowledge in Prolific
- Dealing with vendor/Suppliers
- Receiving purchase order
- Negotiation on purchase order
- Store Inventory handling
- Also responsible for a material receipt.
- Ensure all material is received with delivery challan, against a formal order or PO.
- Ensure that all material is received matching the indent/ requisition
- Ensure that quality of in- coming material is ratified by user department.
- Ensure that non- compliant material is taken by the vendor and replaced.
- Prepare consumption reports as per defined periodicity.
- Maintain inventory cards and inventory register
