Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and build relationships

• Reach out to customers for marketing 

• Promote sales of all products

• Achieve store sales targets

• Achieve defined KPIs 

• Supervise the end to end store operations

• Ensure documentation and administration is up to date

• Forecast stock requirements and place orders accordingly

• Use provided systems/ methods to bill customers 

• Collect payments and update stocks

• Ensure all products are displayed well

• Process payments for store requirements 

• Contact Head Office and be informed of their strategy

Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years total work experience 

• At least 2 years management experience

• BCom or degree related to finance advantageous

• Conversant in English and Kannada

• Knowing other South Indian languages also advantageous
