Job Description
- The candidate will be in charge of two levels, both serving a different kind of food.
- He will be managing a staff of 12- 15 stewards and captains.
- making sure all operational and customer issues are handled smoothly.
- The candidate should also have the capabilities to assist in developing strategies to increase the foot fall in the restaurant thinking of how to attract corporate for the buffet deals and organising dinner events
