Job Description
- Looking for counter sales promoters for activity to be done at Modern Trade Outlets in Delhi & Bangalore.
- The product is a premium category of Cookies
& Crackles (International Brand) named ICING ON TOP. Attached product
details and price range for your reference.
- We will require 1 Male promoter at each location
- 9 hours shift working with Lunch Break
- Weekly Off (Weekdays or Weekends depending on the malls
policy)
- Free Replacement of Promoters within 7 working days if
the Promotor doesn't perform well as per expected
- Training session will be half monthly mandatory from
client to the promoters for which client will travel from Mumbai and training
will be at the floor / mall itself
- Salary Payable on Monthly Basis between 10 to 15th of the
following months
- Attendance and MIS to be submitted on daily basis on
Group for Opening / Closing stock and Daily attendance
- Budget per male promoter Rs. 11000 Plus 500 TA per month
- Dress Code - Black Shirt, Black Trouser & Black
formal shoes. No earrings, no bracelet, no fold sleeves, Beard and Hairs
trimmed properly
- Job Responsibility of the promoter will be pushing the
product for sale, no targets but good performance is expected. They should be
good in local language and English communication to speak and understand.
