DESIGNATION- EXECUTIVE- STORE
REPORTING TO HEAD - OPERATION
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
· To achieve the targeted Sales for the Store.
· To attend every customer walking in the Store.
· To know the entire Product Range of Games The Shop And Its edge over the competition.
· To understand the needs of the customer and to substitute with Product Range.
· To try to convert every walk in Customer for buying any of the Wide Range of Gaming Products.
· To do proper stock arrangement as per the Instruction from SM/ ASM.
· To do dusting of the store and products and maintain the hygiene of the Store high.
· To ensure the discipline is highly maintained in the store by all the time by everyone.
· To ensure 100 % accuracy in stocks and 0% pilferage in the outlet
· To strictly adhere the Company Policies.
Desired profile of the candidate
· Good communication, interpersonal and writing skills.
· Good gaming knowledge will be added advantage
· Strong analytical abilities, commercial knowledge
· Proficient with Ms- Office
