- Designation: Retail Store Executive
- Reporting to: Store Manager
- Experience: Min 6 months
- Qualification: Min H.S.C
- Candidates Preferred: Male candidates
- Location: Malad, Ghatkopar
- Mode of Job: Full Time
- CTC: As per standard
Job Responsibility:
- To achieve the targeted sales for the store.
- To attend every customer walking in the store.
- To know the entire product range of games the shop and its edge over the competition.
- To understand the needs of the customer and to substitute with product range.
- To try to convert every walk in customer for buying any of the wide range of gaming products.
- To do proper stock arrangement as per the instruction from SM / ASM.
- To do a dusting of the store and products and maintain the hygiene of the store high.
- To ensure the discipline is highly maintained in the store by all the time by everyone.
- To ensure 100 % accuracy in stocks and 0% pilferage in the outlet
- To strictly adher the company policies.
