Job Description
- Visual merchandising, stock inwards and maintenance of inventory as per brand guidelines
- Using the point of sales (POS) software for customer check-out in an efficient manner; troubleshoot queries related to the POS software
- Handle customer queries and disputes; handle queries of delivery agents
- Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store per agreed store protocol
- Any other miscellaneous activities/ tasks that take place in a retail store
