 Job Description :

• Receipt of Stores .
  
• Preparing GRN (Goods Receipt Note). Verifying Quantity.
• Offering Q.C. dept. for quality verification.
  
• Submitting GRN to account after quantity and quality verification for bill entry.
  
• Issue of material based on Approved Indent.
  
• Maintaining minimum stock level of all store.
  
• Submitting Requisition.
  
• Follow up for material procurement.
  
• Stock Valuation LIFO/FIFO method.
  
• Consumption Reconciliation.
  
• Physical Stock Control.
  
• Updating about product expiry.
  
• Preparing monthly inventory requirement plan based on production plan.
  
• Raw material wastage control.
  
• Slow moving raw material alarming.
  
• BIN card maintaining.
  
• Keeping all record/documents as per ISO norms.
  
• Operating System : SAP 

Desired Candidate :

• 20 to 27 Years, Male candidate
  
• Must be very good in mathematical calculation and comparisons.
  
• Must have through knowledge of Stores operations.
  
• Communication Skills : Fluent in English - writing & speaking
  
• Good in SAP, MS Excel, MS Outlook
