Job Description
- Generation of telephonic and others leads into walk-in.
- Enquiry handling- Telephonic, walk-in and converting them into enrolment.
- Collecting reference from inquiry generation, converting the leads into admissions.
- Calling, marketing database calling, cold calling, Seminar calls, mass mailing, promotional activity
- Counsellor with good communication and convincing skills, presentable candidate, able to guide and counsel students answer parents for right career option for them.
- To make follow-up calls to the prospective students at an agreed date and time.
- Counsel and motivate the student for the best result and better career.
- Centre Management like Classes and handling student's queries etc.
- Effectively communicating with customers, students in a professional and friendly manner.
- Preferably from Education Industry.
- Experience required:At least 3 - 6 years of experience in Counselling and Student handling.
- Open to work on Sundays, Open for rotational offs (one week off in a week, not necessarily on a Sunday)
- Willing to work under sales pressure and targets.
