We are looking for an experienced, and organized Student Counsellor specialized in UK to join our growing Overseas Team in Gurgaon, India and take our company and platform to the next level!
In This Role, You Will
- Represent ApplyBoard brand to promote our services to students looking for UK destination
- Train and guide students to prepare for success, helping with the end-to-end process, interviews, and documentation
- Develop and implement strategies based on results
- Assist in the planning and implementation of those strategies, aiming to increase the conversion rate of approval
- Fluent in English
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of international student counselling experience for UK Universities
- Autonomous self-starter, with the ability to work independently within a team-based environment
- Aptitude for prioritizing tasks with an attention to detail to ensure information accuracy
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under ambiguous circumstances to ensure you provide the best outcome for our students
- Experience working with a CRM; considered an asset
